Smoked Guacamole

Fire-charred avocado with mandarin and jícama pico de gallo, fresh and lightly citrusy. Finished with cilantro sprouts and cilantro-basil oil, herbal and aromatic. Served with totopos.

Jamaica Aguachile

Soy-cured watermelon aguachile with roasted beet, bathed in a hibiscus flower infusion with lime, fresh acidity, and floral notes.

Sopes Trilogy 3 pcs

Three nixtamalized corn sopes with a base of black bean and white bean mousse. Cochinita pibil, octopus al pastor, and Asian-style squid.

Zarandeado Fish

Butterflied fish seasoned with our house sauce, with smoky and citrus notes. Served with lettuce salad, a light vinaigrette, and handmade tortillas.
